All proceeds go to Fathers’ Endowment campaign

DUBAI: The Most Noble Number online charity auction in Abu Dhabi has raised an astonishing Dh83.784 million in support of the Fathers' Endowment campaign, a visionary initiative dedicated to providing sustainable healthcare for those in need.
Launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, the campaign aims to establish an enduring endowment fund that honours fathers while ensuring life-saving medical treatment for underserved communities.
The proceeds will go towards expanding hospitals, acquiring cutting-edge medical equipment, and enhancing healthcare services for vulnerable patients.
Fierce bidding for exclusive plates
Organised by the Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility) under the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport, the auction featured 444 coveted number plates, each carrying prestige and rarity. Among the most sought-after were vehicle plate number 10 (plate code 20) and 99 (plate code 2), along with the exclusive motorcycle plate number 5 (plate code 1). Collectors and philanthropists also competed for an exceptional collection of classic car plate numbers, driving bidding wars to remarkable heights.
